Simon & Schuster, a division of ViacomCBS, is looking for an experienced Acquisition Marketing Manager to grow the highly successful Pimsleur language learning subscription business.
Pimsleur Language Programs, a division of Simon & Schuster Audio and ViacomCBS, is looking for a creative and analytically minded individual to help manage, support and analyze mobile campaigns. Experience with campaign management and digital campaign analysis required. You will be supported in your role by a premiere mobile marketing agency and will handle the day-to-day relationship with that vendor.
The ideal candidate will have experience profitably scaling campaign budgets while working collaboratively with our mobile agency partner to define strategies that drive results.
Responsibilities will include:
• Managing day-to-day relationship with mobile agency and ensuring that user acquisition campaigns meet acquisition goals.
• Analyzing campaign data, drawing conclusions to optimize campaigns and budget allocation, and reporting to key shareholders.
• Helping identify and implement the next testing opportunities through social platforms, affiliates, Ad Networks, or DSPs.
• Managing day-to-day relationship with MMP (experience with Kochava, Adjust or Appsflyer preferred).
Skills Required:
• 4+ years' experience in digital marketing preferred.
• Experience analyzing marketing campaigns to drive continuous improvements.
• Mobile acquisition and attribution experience preferred.
• Experience with a direct-to-consumer digital subscription business a plus.
• Self-starter with strong communication skills that can multi-task and flourish in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in remote locations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
Please note that this role can be based in either the New York City office or the Concord, MA office.
Fully remote candidates will be considered as well.
