Job Description
The Manager/ Sr. Manager, Key Account Marketing (KAM) will report into the Senior Director of KAM for Showtime's streaming service and will be responsible for managing the go-to-market planning and ongoing marketing, editorial and content strategy across distribution partnerships, including Streaming Media Device partners, game consoles and more. This position also monitors, tracks, analyzes, and presents recommendations to improve the results of key account marketing campaigns in order drive platform growth and subscription goals.

Responsibilities:

Work with the partner and cross functional stakeholders across the Showtime organization to build strategic outbound marketing programs, as well as lead campaign development, campaign execution, approvals, and performance tracking.
• Support partner marketing campaigns for tentpole events, original series premieres, and core network priorities across paid and organic channels for various platform partners in a cross-functional team
• Develop creative briefs, work back plans, approvals, and trafficking for all on platform paid media
• Track and measure the effectiveness of partner campaigns that drive subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention
• Serve as a cross functional liaison between key teams to execute campaigns and promotional activity
• Lead cross functional communication on relevant partner activity
• Ensure marketing activity aligns with any internal and/or corporate priorities

Additional requirements for Sr. Manager:
• Recommend strategy for on platform paid campaigns
• In depth analyze and presentation of campaign performance including key findings and recommendations to help drive growth

Manage all inbound partner marketing campaigns, projects, or requests.
• Build content strategies for all partner related activity
• Work with business affairs and legal team to ensure all campaign creative and materials are cleared for use and being accurately represented
• Review and approve co-branded recurring tactics including spots, online banners, online sampling tactics, etc. to maintain brand integrity and follows all creative guidelines

Additional requirements for Sr. Manager:
• Lead and execute high-profile partner initiatives

Support Distributor Sales Team Leads and Key Account Marketing Operations
• Collect, compile and catalog all finished SNI and partner produced materials for Key Accounts records and for reference for various SNI departments within shared directory libraries
• Manage and process all invoices, as well as maintain team budget worksheets
• Pro-actively seek opportunities to streamline workflow and communication across the team as well as manage partner specific inputs in any shared team documents

Additional requirements for Sr. Manager:
• Present key Showtime priorities and initiatives in partner meetings with sales team

​​​​​​​ Shared accountability with Sales, on a consultative basis, for all SNI and partner produced creative for key account marketing tactics. Position is accountable for creating from brief to final delivery, marketing tactics which maximize subscriber growth and SNI program promotion while managing to those budgets with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in marketing and/or communications preferred
• Minimum 2+ years marketing experience for Manager role
• Minimum 5+ years experience for Sr. Manager role

Additional Qualifications:
• Cable Industry, ad agency (account side), and/or digital/content syndicator experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and collaborative skills required in order to manage multiple projects and decision makers at once
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, ability to pivot and read data sets to provide strategic recommendations
• Experience developing proposals, creative assets, requiring strong attention to detail
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel (>5%)
