Job Description
Showtime is seeking a Finance Coordinator for the Original Programming Finance department. This position offers exposure to various business units within Original Programming Finance including Production Finance FP&A, Production Accounting, Content Licensing, and Participations & Residuals. The Coordinator will also serve as a point-of-contact for Accounts Payable, Business Affairs and Production.

The Coordinator will contribute to the overall financial goals of the organization and report to the SVP, Original Programming Finance.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Accounts Payable process, from vendor setup and invoice processing to ad hoc vendor inquiries and payment requests
• General Ledger reporting, from running and developing ledger reports to entering journal entries
• Manage document archiving and improving internal processes
• Generate and analyze network play date reports
• Completes monthly production bank reconciliations
• Prepares and submits monthly PWGA report of contributions
• Maintains project related information in finance database
• Coordinates and tracks production funding and talent payments
• Provides support to SVP, Original Programming Finance including answering phones, managing calendars, arranging travel, and completing expense reports
• Various ad-hoc projects to support company initiatives

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a Finance or Accounting focused role

Additional Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Excel, Word & Access with excellent presentation skills
