Product Manager, Advanced Products and Activation

This position is responsible for the on-time delivery of high-profile marketing campaigns, as well as facilitating communication between all departments associated with a campaign (Creative, Partner Marketing, Program Marketing, PR, Legal, BA).
The position will also oversee a manager-level Campaign Manager
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
MANAGE WORKFLOW:
Lead the day-to-day workflow for marketing campaign tactics. This includes co-leading briefings, capturing and disseminating action items and next steps, and working with the marketing lead to ensure that all campaign meetings are productive. The manager will also secure feedback and approval by all partners in advance of delivery.
MANAGE TIMELINES:
Build realistic timelines against assigned campaigns, in partnership with the creative and marketing team. Communicate updates to all relevant departments. Flag any changes that could result in delays and manage expectations across teams.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:
Communicate the status of projects in a clear and concise manner in both writing and speech. This includes providing updates in both daily and weekly status meetings, campaign ''pod'' meetings, recapping action items/next steps, and sending clear emails with updates, timing, changes or concerns to ensure all stakeholders are aware of status. Candidate must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the company - from senior executives to department assistants.

Demonstrate a willingness to work as part of a team by being service oriented, responsive and reliable when helping co-workers to accomplish their jobs/tasks at hand. Establish and cultivate positive working relationships with Partners and be seen as a ''go to'' person and a resource for the company. Should be willing to do any task large or small to facilitate the project assigned.

Anticipate roadblocks before they happen and gauge when to bring in senior leadership. PROFICIENCY IN ADVERTISING/MARKETING:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the tactics associated with large-scale marketing campaigns. Create timelines that factor in the time necessary to create multiplatform tactics including video, print, digital, and events. Understand the overall Key Art and Trailer strategic and creative process, and demonstrate the ability to be proactive, organized and detail oriented.
LEADERSHIP:
Demonstrate the ability to lead a team and be a role model and mentor to others. Find opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions for change. Work with the VP of Campaign management to assign projects and responsibilities based on workload and skill sets.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume of projects with tight deadlines from conception to completion

Proactive and inventive

Computer savvy (Mac and FileMaker Pro experience preferred)
Prior supervisory experience preferred
EDUCATION:
College degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism or related field preferred but not required. Five+ years Project/Campaign/Account Management or related experience preferred.
