Job Description
Sesame Workshop is looking for a Production Coordinator. The Production Coordinator for Sesame Workshop's International Social Impact involves working with the production teams, supporting internal and international production teams, communicating with various departments within the company through various stages of production and projects.

Responsibilities Could Include But Not Limited To:
• Engage in all aspects of the production process with the Producer's oversight and supervision
• Research products and media landscapes in specific countries
• Attend script reviews/rough cut reviews and write team comments/notes and meeting minutes
• Review and write show evaluations
• Liaise between departments answering production queries
• Follow up on outstanding contracts
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Provide overall Administrative and Production Support to producers, such as:
• Assist with daily operations and logistics
• Review, Tag, & Log Deliverables
• Document information to calculate residuals
• Manage digital and social media
• Create presentations, overview documents and graphs for meetings
• Arrange meetings, book production and catering services, as needed
• Manage travel accommodations and process expense reports for producers

Desired Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Television/Film/Media Production, Communications, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience with TV/Digital/Film/Media production
• Basic production and post-production experience
• Basic knowledge in production and editing software and tools
• Capacity to work across multiple projects and with various teams
• Strong online research skills / social media skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and across various time zones
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Foreign Language Skills, a plus
Other
• Strong interest in children's media and education
• Must thrive in a collaborative environment

International Social Impact is a division of the Social Impact and Philanthropy department that is responsible for growing Sesame Workshop's global presence and initiating, implementing and strategically sustaining local brand adaptations to drive reach and impact. The team collaborates with a variety of international partners, stakeholders, and service providers to deliver educationally targeted, high-quality content through coalitions of local and global media, education, government, corporate, donor and civil society partners. International Impact must strategically connect and synchronize Sesame's global networks at the regional and country-level and align content development with global development goals and global themes.
