Job Description
The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the Marketing & Creative Operations Manager, with centralized departmental wide duties including, contract, vendor, and budget management. This role will collaborate closely with the legal and finance teams, seeing through contracts, invoices and updating related workbooks. Please note this is a contract role.

Responsibilities
• Processes departmental Contracts, SOWs and Invoices and reconciliation back to the overall operating budgets
• Assists with financial operating budget, tracking commitments and actuals to ensure budgets are on track
• Resourcefully solves invoice inquiries and ensures resolution on a timely manner
• Maintains regular communication with Supplier, Vendors and Partners with the status of their contracts and invoices
• Monitors and fields inquiries from Sesame Central email, which includes brand creative inquiries
• Regularly pulls and sorts departmental project and time reporting
• Documents and maintains operational initiatives and material across but not limited to:
• Process workflows
• Standard Operating Procedures
• Systems and Tools: Project Management Tool, Digital Asset Management, Time Tracking, Contract Management, etc.
• Training Material, Training Events
• Assists with paperwork and processing for onboarding new department hires and coordinates department training and onboarding
• This position will take on other duties as assigned, including general office support
• Supports department administrative duties and ad hoc projects

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Expected regular work schedule of 5 days (35 hours) per week with overtime eligibility in a hybrid work environment

• Knowledge of Workfront Project Management Tool a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information appropriately with a high degree of confidentiality
