Job Description
Sesame Workshop is seeking a Coordinator, Research, Data, & Impact. Reporting to the Chief Research, Data, and Impact Officer (CDIO), the Coordinator's work will provide support on the Workshop's cross-enterprise Impact agenda, which aligns our work around four core areas of impact for kids and families around the world, as well as provide administrative and organizational support to the Research, Data, and Impact leadership team (CDIO and 3 VPs).

Responsibilities include:
• Coordination and project management of the Impact agenda for the Workshop, including developing trackers and/or a system for planning and monitoring upcoming tasks and responsibilities for cross-enterprise Impact working groups
• Development and implementation of organizational and supporting systems and processes for CDIO and department, including ongoing internal communication for research and impact teams
• Support of the Sesame Workshop RDI leadership team (CDIO, VP Content Research, VP Market Research, VP Data) with administrative tasks, including meetings, travel and expenses, and contract and invoicing processes
• Preparation of external and internal meetings and conference calls, ensuring they are planned and run smoothly and effectively by managing invites and conference call details, organizing meeting logistics, preparing meeting materials, preparing minutes and actions, coordinating follow-up, and booking facilities
• Preparation of internal and external written communications and multi-media presentations, including formatting, proofreading, and fact-checking
• Support of research and data projects, as needed, and assist in data collection, coding, and analysis

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Educational Psychology, International Development, or other equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field, supporting research, education, or similar projects
• Experience with MS Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, handle a heavy, diverse workload, and work closely with coworkers
• Strong organizational and communication skills: the ideal candidate is detail-oriented, results-oriented and highly organized
• Strong time management skills and ability to proactively manage others' time when necessary
• Proactive team player with an ability to spot inefficiencies, and propose effective solutions (creative problem-solving skills)
• A willingness to work across cultural contexts and across time zones
