Job Description
Sesame Workshop is looking for a Coordinator, Marketing. The Coordinator, Marketing, assist in the ongoing operations of Sesame Workshop's Brand Marketing team. They will support the planning, creating, and execution of awareness-building activities that elevate the overall brand of Sesame Workshop and its growing international programs and productions.

The brand marketing team is responsible for:
• Building awareness for Sesame Workshop as a mission-driven non-profit organization
• Elevating, promoting, and supporting Sesame Workshop's key impact initiatives
• Supporting and expanding the Sesame Street franchise and new IP
• Supporting global expansion through distribution, theme parks, products, and experiences
• Supporting the Workshop's fundraising strategy
• Elevating and unifying our Sesame Workshop and Sesame Street brand presence around the world

Responsibilities
• Help execute marketing campaigns for Sesame Street and new properties
• The main point of contact for second or third tier marketing priorities such as podcasts and home videos
• Assist in the creation of pitch, brand, franchise, and new property decks
• Manage and update the overall Sesame Workshop macro calendar
• Manage/maintain global resources and files
• Manage invoicing
• Submit job starts for brand creative projects and PRF/AFPs for production projects
• Assist in Marketing led production projects/shoots
• Maintain and update character bios
• Oversee celeb and influencer vetting
• Participate in content and partnership brainstorms
• Provide general office administrative support including meeting notes, ordering office supplies, team calendar management, and expenses.

Qualifications
• B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant professional work experience
• Possess excellent verbal, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong PowerPoint skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Hybrid work: 2 days in the office
