We are looking for a Talent Manager to join our global team and lead the talent operations for our Seoul studio. The role offers a broad range of responsibilities and challenges, from overseeing full cycle recruiting, onboarding, to handling all HR matters. You should be a self-starter, personable, and motivated to work in a flexible environment where you will be a counterpart to our Head of Studio and play a key part in establishing best practices, structure, and a strong foundation and presence in a new region.

글로벌 팀에 합류하여 서울 스튜디오의 인재 운영을 관리하는 탤런트 매니저를 채용하고 있습니다. 이 역할은 전반적인 채용, onboarding, HR 관련 업무까지 광범위한 부분에 대한 도전과 책임이 주어집니다. 유연한 환경에서 일하기 위해서 self-starter, personable, motivated의 능력을 가지고 있어야 하고, 새로운 지역에서 모범 사례, 구조 및 강력한 기반을 확립하는데 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversees full cycle recruiting, including sourcing and generating leads for open positions by utilizing and maintaining applicant databases, social media platforms, job boards, scheduling interviews, and presenting offers
• Manages the recruitment pipeline from screening, reviews, reference checks all the while fostering a one-of-a-kind candidate experience
• Liaises with Head of Studio and HOD's to ensure all parties are informed on recruitment efforts and acts as a key advisor on market and achievable hiring goals
• Develops, maintains, and redefines competitive employee engagement and support strategies (compensation, terms of employment, perks, benefits)
• Liaises with Head of Learning & Development to implement development opportunities and systems
• Manages artist reviews and contract negotiations and/or extensions
• Carries out current HR policies and procedures; implements new policies as and when required
• Advises on employee relations and conflict resolution techniques
• Deals with disciplinary and grievance procedures and practices as needed
• Leads continuous feedback cycle through project mid and post mortems, end-of-show and annual performance review processes
• Represents and nourishes studio culture through thoughtful, transparent, and focused leadership
• Represents Scanline VFX at career fairs and industry events; establishes relationships with universities and film schools to promote our company and build awareness in the industry

• 스크리닝, 리뷰, 레퍼런스 체크 등의 모든 과정에서 채용에 대한 파이프라인 관리
• Head of Studio 와 Head of Department와 소통하며 채용에 대한 정보를 제공하고, 고용 목표에 대한 호언 및 역할을 수행
• 경쟁력 있는 직원에 대한 지원을 개발, 유지 및 재정의(보상, 고용 조건, 특전, 베네핏)
• Head of Learning & Development와 소통하며 개발과 시스템을 구현
• 아티스트 리뷰 및 계약 협상 또는 연장 관리
• 현재 HR 사규(절차)에 맞게 수행하고, 필요한 시기에 새로운 정책을 구현
• 직원 관계 및 갈등 해결 방법에 대한 조언
• 필요에 따라 징계 및 고충을 처리
• 프로젝트의 중간, 종료 후, 연간 퍼포먼스 리뷰를 주도
• 사려 깊고 투명하며, 리더십을 통해 스튜디오 문화를 형성
• ScanlineVFX를 대표해 박람회, 업계 행사, 대학 및 필름 스쿨에서 회사를 홍보하고 인지도를 구축

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE | 채용조건과 우대조건
• Prefer high volume recruitment for VFX and/or gaming or closely related field
• Knowledge and/or previous work experience in the VFX, Games, and/or VR industries, preferably in a recruiting or human resources role
• Previous managerial and/or leadership experience is highly desirable
• Established industry relationships in North America and Europe
• Self-motivated, highly organized and team-oriented
• Detail-oriented and strong communicator, both in written and spoken form
• Takes initiative and goes beyond established frameworks; looks for new ideas and creative solutions to overcome challenges
• VFX, Game 또는 밀접하게 관련된 분야에 대한 경력 우대
• VFX, Game, VR 산업, 특히 채용 또는 인사 업무에 대한 지식 및 이전 업무 경험
• 관리 및 리더십 경험
• 북미와 유럽 업계와의 업무 협업 경력 우대
