We are seeking an engaged, customer-focused professional to help us find top level talent to join our family! In this position, you will be responsible for all facets of talent recruitment, identification and onboarding. Additionally, this person will use their relationship building skills to partner with hiring managers as they build effective teams. He/She will be detail oriented to maintain accurate records, and adhere to federal, state, and local hiring practices. Responsibilities
• Support and promote the talent efforts for SS&E. Source and recruit talent, develop and execute recruitment plans; network through industry contacts, social media, association memberships, trade groups and employees; coordinate and implement college recruitment initiatives. Analyze the effectiveness of the selection process, including but not limited to assessing the fit for employee selection.
• Effectively use and maintain both the HRIS and Recruiting/Onboarding software and other resources to plan and execute talent identification and selection strategies. Maintain accurate data. Communicate and coordinate effective recruiting strategies based on recruiting plans.
• Coordinate orientation and onboarding of new employees while maintaining contact with the new hires from the application stage to onboarding. Assist and train hiring managers on the recruitment cycle.
• Administer background screening and preparation of employment offers and maintain employee orientation materials. Arrange candidate interview schedule with interview teams; coordinate travel arrangements and track expense reimbursements. Support the preparation and path for new employee success.
• Coordinate and maintain areas of compliance, data, and record-keeping for all staff by maintaining employee files and ensuring company compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies through interpretation, advising, and providing vital training for employees as needed.
• Support and participate in employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Participate and educate staff on employment opportunities, benefits, perks, etc. Support and engage on perks or employment advantages.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and procedural support. Execute upkeep of our department supplies, and budget tracking.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree, and 2-3 years' experience in an area related to human resources.
• 1-2 Years experience recruiting experience.
• Experience maximizing various social media for talent sourcing.
• Strong inclination for responsiveness and customer service during correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other computer skills required.
• Experience using recruiting software and HRIS software; iCIMS and Ultipro preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to include ability to prioritize competing demands and handle multiple tasks simultaneously required.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, demonstrate poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork aptitude required.
• The ability to build trust and work independently.
• Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to navigate at an arena or career fair setting.
• 70% of job able to be performed remotely/30% of work needed to be performed onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis.
• Reliable Internet coverage available to stay connected during business hours.
• Some travel may be required.
• PHR certification a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
