We are looking for Marketing Automation Coordinator to join our family!
This candidate will play a key role in our efforts to focus on automation projects, programs and communications for Spurs Sports & Entertainment. They will work to establish automation strategy, goals, and improve general database practices for all franchises and venue communications. This individual will be able to make campaign suggestions based on data-driven analysis and industry trends.

Responsibilities
• Focus on improving email communications and processes, while seeking new opportunities to reduce or streamline unnecessary communications (based on reporting, research, and AB testing).
• Assist in improving the quality of our Eloqua and CRM databases by implementing procedures to uphold our data integrity and deliverability.
• Build out additional automated multi-step journey campaigns to replace manual tasks between Eloqua and CRM.
• Expand use of email templates and personalization tools to enhance SS&E's use of Eloqua.
• Work closely with the marketing department and other internal collaborators to streamline Fan club communications and database contact management.
Qualifications
• A minimum education level of: BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in email or database marketing (Oracle Eloqua preferred).
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, marketing strategy, and ticketing platforms preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and other digital literacy required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions, and have independency.
• Have a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information while demonstrating poise, tact and diplomacy.
• Strong teamwork, customer service, communication and innovative proficiency required.
• 80% of job can be performed remotely/20% of work to be performed onsite as needed.
• Technical experience with HTML, Tableau, Google Analytics, Photoshop and SQL scripts is a plus.
