Overview

Spurs Sports & Entertainment (SS&E) is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our family!

The IT Event Support Coordinator's primary responsible will be supporting all IT needs relating to all events for SSE that includes but not limited to: Spurs, SAFC, Rodeo, and concerts. In addition, to provide help desk and technical troubleshooting for all SSE staff, including onsite and remote support on technology equipment. The eligible candidate for this position will be customer service-focused, with the ability to work independently and will be responsible for the set up and breakdown of event related equipment, this could include activating and changing network ports, phones, wifi access, and other event manager needs. Additional duties for this position include installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all IT hardware and software equipment. This candidate must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must establish and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. This position requires flexible work hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
• Serves as go to for all partners and collaborators during events; acting as the liaison with Network Administrator on any technical issues.
• Primary responsible for the setup and breakdown of all events related technology equipment.
• Provide technical support either by phone or desk-side for software and hardware support.
• Backup for networking and telephony needs to IT department
• Contribute to IT service ticketing system, documentation of responsibilities, distribution of reports after Event and following up with concerns or issues.

Qualifications
• Associates degree in Computer Information Support or related field plus 3 years of experience. (Experience can be substituted for education).
• Possess strong technical, networking skills and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Windows and/or Mac troubleshooting.
• Networking Experience Required
• Networking Certifications (Network+, CCNA) ,or Telephony or Desktop Imaging platform is a plus.
• Highly flexible and adaptable attitude, strong sense of urgency and responsiveness required.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
• Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
• Ability to operate tools, components, peripheral accessories, and research into technology issues.
• Strong teamwork, written and verbal communcation, and customer service skills required.
• Stand/Sit/Walk for long periods of time, and the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more.
