We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Activation Coordinator to join our team! The person in this role will coordinate all aspects associated with the implementation, activation, reporting and delivery of assigned Global Partnerships agreements. They will be responsible for the internal day to day management and fulfillment of select partnership accounts while ensuring all elements of their accounts are fulfilled using the highest level of customer service. A successful candidate will use their skills to support all Account Managers with partnership recaps, asset implementations, and activations. Does this sound like a fit for you? Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain communication within the Global Partnerships team to be aligned with partner contractual obligations.
• Develop sponsorship presentations and supplemental meeting materials (preparing renewal proposals, mid-season and year-end recaps, meeting agendas, etc.)
• Compile, report, enter, collect, forecast, and track accurate account elements, billing, fulfillment and contact information, as well as reports pertaining to proposals, contracts, budgets, and other account details into CRM.
• Work collaboratively across internal departments and team members for partner approvals and alignment of programs and initiatives.
• Provide account support for assigned partnerships, including but not limited to onboarding new partners, execution of multi-platform partnership programs and planning on-site executions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or marketing related roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Power Point, Photoshop and other digital literacy required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and support multiple high-level positions.
• Strong teamwork proficiency and customer service skill required.
• Possess strong oral and written communication skills and have the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks.
• Previous experience using Adobe Photoshop recommended.
• 80% of job can be performed remotely/20% of work to be performed onsite as needed or on a seasonal basis.
