We are looking for Creative Entertainment Associate to join our family!

The Creative Entertainment Associate services all community events/appearances for both internal and external needs. A successful candidate must ensure that all administrative elements of the mascot program are in working order and demonstrate a proficiency with managing the decision-making process to acquire approvals that benefit SS&E's brands and its partners. The position also includes performing as the organization's mascots in conjunction with the mascot team. The candidate should continually keep up with current entertainment industry trends and have basic knowledge of working in video production.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule all appearances for SS&E Mascots and Championship Trophies/ Rings to facilitate and drive positive internal and external customer experiences.
• Perform at appearances and games, which may include any of the organization's multiple characters and/or other costume work as needed.
• Assist The Coyote and DaBull mascot programs on their respective home game nights.
• Maintain databases and tracking related to community appearances made by Mascots and Championship Trophies/ Rings.
• Train with Mascot team to ensure quality and consistent character performances, and to work together to collect the vital tools with which to perform to the fullest extent. These tools include costume pieces, props, and any other entity necessary to perform an appearance timely and fully. All purchases must be approved by supervisor.
• Assist with creation and conceptualization of new skits and bits for all mascots. Stay up to date and research new ideas to enhance game presentation.
• Assist and support the Game Presentation department with other events and/or duties, as assigned.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year university
• 2-3 years experience performing in costume
• Flexible availability, including the ability to work week nights, weekends, and/or holidays; events assigned
• Must maintain a high level of fitness in order to perform in character
• Strong customer service, and oral and written skills required with acute to details.
• Creative mind with the ability to think on the fly and have a presence that entertains large crowds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point, Access and other digital literacy required
• High level of interpersonal skills to work with a variety of personalities, internally and externally required
• Extensive knowledge of supporting an organization's branding, vision, and philosophy when it comes to dedication of assets.
• Strong planning, scheduling and communication of steps, procedures and logistics
• Ability to take feedback from numerous sources and implement into performance
