Responsibilities
What You'll Do

• Handles talent agency franchising and personal manager's paperwork.
• Responsible for Documentum processing.
• Fields initial phone calls/questions and complaints from members, agents, managers, etc.
• Assist co-workers on projects as needed.
• Performs secretarial duties as required.
• Other duties assigned.

• Demonstrate effective skills in the use of PC applications.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Detail oriented.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Able to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks under daily deadlines.
• Capable of taking direction from more than one supervisor.
• Superlative interpersonal skills: high degree of patience and tact.
• Must be able to cultivate respectful, strategic and collaborative relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, both internally and externally.
• Have an understanding and awareness of worker rights impacting SAG-AFTRA members.

• Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined at SAG-AFTRA's sole discretion.
• Must be available and willing to work extended hours per day or per week, including weekends as SAG-AFTRA determines is necessary to meet its business needs.
• Must be available and willing to travel to such locations and with such frequency asSAG-AFTRA determines is necessary or desirable to meet its business needs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education and/or Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of legacy SAG and/or legacy AFTRA Agency regulations is helpful.
• Experience with Documentum a plus.
Testing Requirements:
• Basic skills - math, spelling, grammar and filing – passing score: 76%
• Word and Excel (basic) – passing score: 76%
• Typing test 35wpm
