THE ROLE + PURPOSE

We're excited to be looking for a Trainee for our Los Angeles team here at ITB!

You will work closely with the local team, as well as teams in New York and London, supporting a variety of talent & influencer activities including VIP dressing and gifting for fashion & lifestyle clients, talent & influencer ideation and maintenance of our local fashion showroom.

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Support VIP gifting projects from ideation to completion, including coordinating delivery logistics, gift wrapping and shipping
• Manage Fashion GPS activities including adding inventory, stylist write ups and check-ins and outstanding notifications
• Assist with showroom appointments and gathering of images for stylist pitching
• Research emerging talent & influencers for VIP dressing, gifting and other opportunities
• Generate target lists for VIP campaigns (talent & influencers)
• Develop compelling written pitches for outreach with talent/influencers, stylists and media
• Assist in outreach efforts for dressing and gifting opportunities
• Daily social media monitoring of gifting recipients
• Upload placements into reporting software (CreatorIQ)
• Generate monthly reports for relevant accounts
• Shipping and inventory returns via Fedex, UPS and DHL, including International shipping
• Support day to day activities across multiple accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• General account admin and reporting

ABOUT YOU

You are well-versed in social trends as well as a pulse on pop culture and what's trending digitally. You are tenacious, go getting, creative and strategic with a thorough approach to solving problems. You bring a work ethic that embodies a ''how can we make this happen'' mentality with a strong sense of initiative and personal ownership. You will be able to demonstrate experience by the following:
• Strong written and verbal skills
• A minimum of 0-1 years of experience with luxury fashion and accessory brands
• Current pop-culture knowledge across a spectrum of industries (music, entertainment, food, wellness, fashion, sports, etc.)
• Knowledge of current events (award shows, film festivals, major sporting events, etc.) as well as different types of celebrity-driven marketing programs (PR, endorsement, advertising, seeding, product placement, gifting suites, etc.)
• Excellent organization/research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and problem solve multi variable tasks
• with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
• Internet and social media savvy
• Strong organization and time management skills to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Exceptional people skills, able to gain and maintain the trust and confidence of individuals within and outside of our organization
• A drive to work toward the highest standards – with a focus on teamwork
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
