Trainee (Influencer Marketing and Talent Procurement)

Responsibilities

THE ROLE + PURPOSE

We're excited to be looking for an Influencer Marketing & Talent Procurement Trainee for our US team here at ITB!

You will work closely with the US team, as well as team in London, supporting a variety of talent & influencer activities across a variety of industries.

Key duties and responsibilities:
• Support ITB staff across all offices in day-to-day responsibilities including deck creation, writing talent bios and drafting and editing forms/documents
• Participate in creative brainstorms around client program ideas, talent considerations, etc.
• Administrative duties
• Assist staff with research projects including researching talent, contact names, industry trends, or other assigned subjects
• Other related duties/projects as assigned

You are well-versed in social trends as well as a pulse on pop culture and what's trending digitally. You are tenacious, go getting, creative and strategic with a thorough approach to solving problems. You bring a work ethic that embodies a ''how can we make this happen'' mentality with a strong sense of initiative and personal ownership. You will be able to demonstrate experience by the following:
• You have a passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 0-1+ year of internship/work experience
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, both oral and written
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet
• Strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and tackle problems independently
• Extremely organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• You will be available to work full time in one of our local offices (or WFH) starting in August and for a 12-week term
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Candidate may be required to submit writing samples
