Overview:

We are looking for an Account Executive, Ticketing to support our Brand Experience team by leading all aspects of a major Client's ticket asset management! This is an opportunity to get involved with a growing team that specializes in sponsorship consulting, events, hospitality, and ticket usage for a major financial industry Client. Main responsibilities are as follows:
• Operate the digital ticketing system to track the distribution of the Client's 50,000+ annual assets, including discovery and inputting of new assets, ongoing request and approval management, and coordination with partner properties
• Support account team located in Charlotte, New York, and Los Angeles, by providing Client with outstanding customer service and organized, accurate tracking and reporting of asset usage
• Coordinate digital and physical distribution, via ticket management system and as one-off requests handled manually
• Serve as ticket management main point of contact by being responsible for the shared inbox used by Clients for troubleshooting and requests, ensuring all requests are answered in a timely manner within standard business hours
• Update and distribute documents for purposes of training Clients on ticketing system usage, troubleshooting issues, and providing on-site event information
• Work with the ticketing system vendor, including website updates, reporting, Client troubleshooting, ticket importing needs, and ongoing account management
• Handle Client hospitality needs with major partners, including placing suite catering orders, coordinating suite hosts, distributing documentation for suite guests, and processing payments and balancing budgets.
• Provide sound feedback and suggestions for improving the user experience
• Assist Account Manager with ongoing program management, including status documents, weekly client update meetings, and leadership presentations as needed

Requirements
• Outstanding interpersonal skills – both written and verbal, along with unfailing attention to detail
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and driven to learn
• Outstanding interpersonal and time-management skills including the ability to effectively balance multiple projects simultaneously that are deadline-sensitive; ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Able to handle projects from conception to implementation
• Flexible schedule: available weekends and late nights throughout the year, as needed
• General understanding of Internet operations
• Experience with content management systems preferable
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of sports + events and ticketing
