The Role:

ESM Productions, a Roc Nation joint venture, is looking for a Production Coordinator in their PA office

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Producers and Production Managers on overall production plan
• Advance venue availability and requirements
• Research, contact, and coordinate production vendors
• Coordinate air travel, hotels, and local ground transportation
• Create production schedule and contact list
• Coordinate crew booking, onboarding processing, payroll paperwork
• Setup and Manage On-Site Production Office.
• Coordinate fulfillment of artist hospitality riders
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years experience working in live event or touring production
• Above average time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work with a team through challenging situations & long days.
• Ability to understand and work within Union Labor practices and policies.
• Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Apple iWork
• Strong organizational skills/attention to detail/problem solving skills.
• Must work well under pressure and be even-tempered.
• Must be available to travel as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license
