Title: Label Marketing Coordinator

Location: New York, NY (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role:

Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Label Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about multi platform marketing campaigns. The Coordinator will provide a full range of administrative support to our Marketing department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, coordinating travel, processing expense reports and assisting with ad-hoc special projects. This role requires an extremely organized and friendly individual who pays close attention to detail, provides quality customer service and is solution oriented. The ideal candidate will exemplify superior time management skills in a fast paced, high energy sales organization.

Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to multiple executives: Calendar management, expenses processing, pulling reports, and other related administrative duties
• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, while simultaneously providing appropriate status updates for projects and business-related matters with tight deadlines
• Organize and distribute weekly status reports and monthly team shout outs
• Manage meeting and event logistics, including booking and preparing rooms, creating materials, organizing catering and taking notes
• Run business errands, as needed
• Ensure that multiple expense reports are processed correctly and in a timely manner
• Anticipate needs and be proactive with solutions
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel logistics including flight itineraries, hotel rates and reservations, car services, with personal travel preferences

Qualifications:
• BA / BS is required
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite (PC / Mac)
• Superior communications skills (written/verbal)
• Knowledge of file set-up, maintenance and filing procedures
• Knowledge of basic math, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively
• Can meet tight deadlines
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks
• Able to work flexible and long hours including late nights, and sometimes weekends
• A quick-thinker and an adept problem-solver
• Able to work in highly demanding environment while being able to handle varying personalities and work styles with grace and tact
• Takes initiative, works independently and can be accountable while also working as a team player who is collaborative, positive and flexible

COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot is a mandatory requirement for this position.
