Who You Are

As a Creative Content Specialist, you will lead the photo & video production capabilities for the Roc Nation O&O social channels. You will assume responsibility for the quality of all original photo & video products. You will develop and execute a plan to scale photo & video production . You will work alongside a lean creative team to create aesthetically pleasing visuals, original content pieces, and social assets that speak to the ethos of the Roc Nation brand.

Job Description
• Leading ideation, creation, and execution of all video creative services for the Roc Nation social feed
• On-site content capture including BTS and exclusive imagery for Roc Nation social feed
• On-site management of video content shoots & production
• Owning the quality of video creatives produced by the team
• Driving new video initiatives & processes
• Working at a high standard of creativity, craft, and quality.
• Reviewing and organizing assets
• Creating and packaging design deliverables, mockups, and instructions for virtual content creation.
• Developing relationships with external contractors and working with them to produce high-quality video content.
• In collaboration with the Head of Creative, crafting the vision for the future of the team's video production. Working alongside team leadership to execute on the vision and scale.

Qualifications
• 2+ years experience as Motion Designer, Video Designer, Animator, or similar job title
• 2+ years in Videography, Video Editing, and Photography
• Demonstrated experience building creative strategies & executing
• A diverse portfolio that shows a commitment to visual quality
• A passion for music and entertainment and an understanding of the Roc Nation brand
• Proficiency in motion editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Proficiency in Creative Publishing Software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Google Suite, Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and similar software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of social platforms, social trends, and best ways to communicate content
