Title: Coordinator, Radio & Streaming

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role:

Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a high caliber candidate for our Radio and Streaming team to execute and further objectives across retail and digital service providers through sales and marketing initiatives. The incumbent needs to be well-spoken, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and able to manage a high volume of projects. Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience and be willing to handle administrative responsibilities and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Facilitate sales and streaming commercial processes such as link creation, maintenance, and updates, audio/video account liners: gathering, submissions, edits, organization and distribution, maintenance of internal/external documents
• Responsible for maintaining weekly sales and streaming communication internally and externally including but not limited to: Release Schedule, New Music, distribution, playlist adds, Retail/DSP Recaps, etc.
• Coordinate internal/external department meetings, maintain calendars and schedules
• Coordinate and book travel as needed
• Assist and execute informed pitches for all digital service provider accounts in the form of excel grids, google docs and account specific tools in a timely manner to meet deadlines
• Review weekly priorities for data updates and communicate data changes to account team
• Gather assets for upcoming projects: images, bios, motion graphics for use in recaps
• Update and communicate weekly analytics information, including Shazam on key priority titles for the label
• Gather any attendee names for shows/showcases and be accessible to attend Label events with radio/commerce, as needed
• Organizational ability to gather and monitor budget spends for Department, as needed
• Oversee and update weekly pinned playlists/songs within each artist profile-Spotify, Soundcloud, Pandora by direction of Commerce team
• Oversee and update artist profiles across streaming platforms
• Assist in the ideation of how each platform can be used to its full extent for each artist and release
• Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office - Excel and Word are a must
• Working knowledge of key software applications including cloud based storage systems (Box.com) and conference and messaging systems (Zoom/Slack) a plus
• Music Industry related tools a plus: Chartmetric, Luminate, Spotify For Artists, Apple Music For Artist, Amazon Music For Artist, Pandora AMP, Mediabase. Concur expense knowledge is a plus!
• Highly organized, great written and oral communication, fast learner and creative problem solver
• Must be a team player and adapt to a quickly changing environment
• Proven time management and project management skills to facilitate meeting deadlines and working under pressure

COVID-19 vaccination series and booster shot are a mandatory requirement for this position.
