As China Treasury Manager, reporting to the Manager, Asia Tax, you will be a key contributor to the China tax and treasury team. This new role within the finance department will be responsible for treasury operations including liquidity management, risk management, bank accounts optimization, cash management and assist Manager, Asia Tax on treasury strategy implementation. You will have frequent contact with other team members, including Tax, Accounting, and Strategic Finance teams.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare China cash forecasts, working across the organization to obtain and analyze cash trends and forecast variances;
• Oversee China cash management operations, including daily cash balance reports and cash transactions;
• Maintain bank account architecture and minimize non-core bank accounts in China;
• Prepare treasury plan to ensure funding availability to support business needs, i.e. investment, M&A and major Capex activities;
• Prepare and manage dividend, intercompany payments, royalty and service payments schedule;
• Explore, establish and maintain Riot Cash Pooling project upon needs;
• Provide advice and solution to support business growth; and
• Keep up-to-date regulation change and provide training per management and business request.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of progressive of bank plus Corporate treasury experience
• Cross-border cash pooling and VIE structure experience
• Group Financing Experience
• Good Team Player and strong communication and financial analytical skills
• Proficient in English
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance
• Multinational technology or entertainment experience
• Experience with SAFE and PBOC regulations, business processes, and internal controls
• CFA (or equivalent) license
