The Role
Riot's People team exists to help Rioters make better decisions around its talent. We bring our expertise to all of those typical HR activities such as hiring, onboarding, development, diversity and inclusion, performance management, benefits, perks, compensation, big events, labor relations, off-boarding so that all Rioters can flourish.
As a Senior Global Mobility Analyst, reporting to the Manager, International Mobility, you will help implement global mobility support at Riot. You are collaborative, people-focused and creative, helping our teams and partners come up with solutions across their pillars. You'll keep Rioters and partners including Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and business leaders informed on global talent mobility trends and compliance measures, helping them adapt to new challenges and problem spaces. You'll partner with Riot's vendors by assessing quality of work and making sure programs are on track. You will support your team in developing and updating Riot's global mobility programs to ensure competitiveness, compliance and alignment with business needs and Rioter experience goals. You will develop solutions and build new skills across the global mobility space, engaging with the program, from assignments to relocation and everything in between.
Responsibilities:
• Implement mobility programs supporting Rioter transfers, assignments, immigration/visa processes, business travel and international relocation
• Be the primary contact and expert for Recruiting, Talent Partners and Business Leaders and advise them on policy, process and best practices
• Advise Rioters, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and other partners on mobility policies; gather and complete required information to support visa and relocation processing and escalations
• Facilitate immigration/tax and relocation processes and authorizations for Rioters and candidates
• Develop policies and best practices that align with our needs while providing positive Rioter experience
• Identify and build opportunities to maximize efficiency, including of Riot's spend, improve Rioter experience, and simplify the process for candidates and partners
• Be a resource for Rioters, all partners (immigration counsel, relocation management company, tax advisors) providing immigration and relocation and mobility support
• Manage vendor partners, holding them accountable to outlined Service Level Agreements and quality metrics, ensure invoices are paid
• Stay current on global mobility trends, industry standards and regulatory change
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in related field (business, HR, legal studies) or equivalent
• 6+ years of global mobility, immigration, tax or operations experience
Desired Qualifications:
• Vendor management experience
• Experience with Google Workspace and new technologies
• Ability in handling confidential information
• Knowledgable in building reports and using tools to develop solutions
