Senior Event Producer - China Esports
As Senior Event Producer, you have profound 5-10 years experiences in event production industry and super passionate about esports. You'll create, oversee, and execute Riot international esports events in China. You'll be responsible for delivering engaging and authentic events that live-up to player expectation. You'll plan from event strategy to budget and work with partners to execute event strategies with precision and skills, while finding creative solutions to the challenges that come along with event management. Whether you're planning the next Worlds Finals or new international events, you'll make the tough calls that drive energetic, fan-focused events, and work with multiple stakeholders and vendors to deliver a fantastic live and broadcasting experience.
Education and Work Experience Requirement
Educated and experienced: you've conquered college and earned your BA or BS degree; you've worked and lead in live events such as esports, sports, concerts with more than 5 years of experience, you understand production, broadcasting, logistics and you've come to master both the nice and nasty nuances of executing them
An organized and detail-oriented multitasking maestro: you're able to conduct a symphony of interdependent projects within an event while staying under tight deadlines without missing a note; you're good at budget and time management, understand prioritization and ensure they are delivered on time and above the quality bar. You've been engaged in national and international events with multi-parties collaborations.
A creative event producer: you're always tracking and learning the new technologies that could be used for events, motivated to take the challenge of designing new events to the next level; you're creative in designing new on-site activation programs to enhance fan interaction and constantly coming up with new ways to engage with players
A deft communicator: you speak fluent English and Chinese, understand cultural differences. You easily share detailed event logistics with others in any medium, be it email, face-to-face chats, or telepathy helmets; you have ability to work cross-functionally with external teams as well as outside vendors and maintain relationships well with them
A self-motivated problem-solver: you have good judgment during emergencies, able to analyze to find the best solutions under pressure; you're able to drive and make decisive calls when stuff breaks and communicate with other teams and vendors to fix it in limited time

Be the event lead on the Riot CN team, putting players at the forefront while presenting the Riot experience, then develop and execute events in high quality.
Work closely with global and local partners to bring and host international events in China. Starting from event planning, strategy setting, budget and scope planning, locations selection, to work with vendors to design breathtaking event spaces and stages, develop video displays and other on-site content, coordinate event schedules, manage logistics etc.
Support local event preparation, and facilitate Riot's involvement in local events. You will also explore new opportunities, such as new events, new technology, new partnership for not only league esports but many more esports to come.
