The Publishing Operations, League of Legends on the Southeast Asia (SEA) team is based in our LAX headquarters and will report to the Publishing Partner Manager. You will work closely with our local publishing partner for League of Legends to ensure that they have everything needed to successfully deliver our game to SEA players.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between Riot and our local publishing partner.
• Support daily operations of our local partner to successfully deliver League of Legends to SEA players.
• Ensure adherence to a globally cohesive publishing calendar.
• Communicate clearly and consistently to ensure transparency and alignment on key beats, keeping a wide variety of stakeholders consulted and informed.
• Assist the Publishing Partner Manager with a variety of priorities including managing publishing timelines, content operations, marketing materials and assets, reporting and live ops milestones.
• Assist with project management of a variety of publishing and marketing tasks.

Required Qualifications:
• 2+ years experience in supporting project coordination or administrative duties.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Well versed in G-suite: calendar, docs, sheets, etc.
• Experience handling confidential information and documents.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience working with a project management tool.
• Experience in managing different time zones.
• Experience/understanding of Southeast Asia, including command of a relevant language, would be a bonus, but not required.
