To reinforce Riot's collaborative culture in our China offices, we've decided to do away with the constraints of traditional hierarchical title structures that are more common in the region. Titles don't really matter at any of Riot's offices, but we chose to take this extra step in our China offices to foster a space where teamwork thrives. We believe that removing this constraint will promote individual autonomy, ownership, collaboration, and a focus on results. We promise you won't need a title at Riot to make an impact.

As the Marketing Creative Manager - Entertainment,China Publishing , you will lead the creative marketing assets from ideation to final production with the aim to introduce audiences to our Franchises/IPs and Entertainment products (music, animations, TV, consumer products etc.) through visual storytelling, no matter in forms of graphics, videos, or events/campaigns, and get them excited to learn more and engage with our franchises content and experiences. You'll own not just the final marketing content, but the process that leads to that content and the team that makes it happen. You will collaborate with both internal and external creative and digital marketing teams and production partners to provide world-class creative content and experiences. You are expected to work on multiple projects in parallel, and will be a self-starter, ideally with a marketing creative background.

Responsibilities:
• Translate marketing briefs into creative concepts that deliver on business goals and support successful launch of Entertainment products as well as franchise initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external creative partners (writers, producers, directors, illustration artists, 3D/2D animation, visual designers) to develop high quantity and quality video, static and/or rich media advertising assets for ongoing branded (Riot Group Music) and franchises/IPs (Arcane, Little Legends, virtual idol) social channels.
• Coordinate with the Central marketing teams on campaign creatives and localize the assets in a way that can resonate with local players.
• Able to identify the new trends of what young generations are keen to. Discover and deliver creative and engaging stories that can build up/strength the emotional bonding of our franchises/IPs with TAs.
• Manage the creative delivery for the team while also pitching in with individual contributor work.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience at an advertising agency or client-side with a focus on executing creative campaigns or social content planning /production
• Experience working on gaming or Entertainment brands is a plus
• Proficiency in industry-standard programs and software for graphic design and video editing
• In-depth understanding of video, live streaming or social networking channels
• Experience concepting across a variety of mediums and then helping find the right creative partner to bring that vision to life
• Able to conceptualize, visualize, design and render in 3D (knowledge/exposure to SketchUp, KeyShot) or any 3D design software is an advantage

Desired Qualifications:
• Speak and write fluent English and Chinese
• Understand what gaming companies or Entertainment companies are doing to promote acquisition, fandom, and engagement
• Possess high level of enthusiasm for gaming industry
• Equipped with excellent project management, communication skills and work across different disciplines of teams
• Stay current with marketing trends in design, digital, content, and IP experiences
