Game Producer - Teamfight Tactics, Cosmetics

As a Game Producer on Teamfight Tactics (TFT) you will support the Cosmetics Initiative leadership, and run one of the core content creation teams. The team's primary focus is developing new and exciting cosmetic experiences for players! You will enable the team to achieve their goals by prioritizing projects to keep them moving effectively. You will manage key stakeholder relationships as the team charts the course of TFT's future cosmetics. You'll be making sure that the team is healthy, working at a sustainable pace, and focused on continuously improving.

Responsibilities:
• Lead a cross-functional team to prioritize and create cosmetic content for TFT
• Identify areas of misalignment in development and develop risk mitigation plans
• Assess the team's maturity, health, and composition to ensure that the team is set up for success
• Build strong relationships with partner teams across Riot's international organization and craft working agreements to manage joint projects
• Create and contribute ideas to areas beyond your immediate ownership across different teams and disciplines

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience; project management or advanced degree
• Experience applying Agile and Lean development process and practices.
• Knowledgeable in Jira use, configuration, and limitations.

Desired Qualifications:
• Experience in game development or a good understanding of how artists, engineers and game designers build assets and game features for a modern game, especially artists.
• Strong communication skills working with people outside your craft and from diverse backgrounds, cultures and timezones.
