Job Description
As a Creative Operations administrator, you will provide administrative expertise to a broad range of initiatives across Creative Operations, including: Communications, Video, Events, and Learning and Development. You will be the team's central coordination hub and our go-to expert for streamlining recurring processes and tasks. We'll lean on you to help us with best practices for organization and coordination across initiatives. Finally, you'll be a primary face of our team! We'll lean on you to field and direct incoming requests of all kinds, whether we have the answer or need to find it.

Creative Operations is a multidisciplinary team that builds and maintains programs, platforms, and services to support Riot's Creative Department globally. Our mission is centered around building connections across the Creative Department, unifying our Creatives under a shared culture and identity, ensuring consistency in craft standards studio wide, and preparing the department for the future. Our team's focus at the moment is scaling our offerings and services to ensure we are meeting the needs of all our Creatives globally.

Responsibilities:
• Help Ops to reduce redundancies and streamline/automate recurring processes wherever possible in order to maximize our team's bandwidth
• Provide coordination support as needed to the Creative Operations team, including: scheduling and logistical support, data and feedback collection, planning, documentation, managing vendor contracts, managing distros and Slack channels, asset tracking, processing expense reports, etc
• Collaborate with Ops team members to understand and support across multiple initiatives, including: Creative Department events, Learning and Development, Communications, Video projects, and special projects as needed
• Interface with members of the Creative Department, getting to know our internal customers and building relationships that help us stay plugged into the needs of the department
• Field and answer requests and questions that come in from Creatives all over the world
• Taking on special operational projects as needed, things like: gathering information or feedback through research, 1:1s, or focus groups to bring back to the team, creating pages on our intranet platform, overseeing activities or content creation for department-wide events, etc.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in an administrative capacity
• Ability to foster strong relationships through collaboration
• Proven ability to problem solve, and understand how to navigate high-stress situations calmly
• Be service oriented and feeling comfortable fielding questions from a wide audience
• Experience using G-Suite tools and Slack
