Associate Live Scripter (Apex Legends)

We're looking for a Live Scripter who will embrace our philosophy and share his'/her passion to work on a world class live service. This role will specialize in the many facets of our seasonal content launches, partnering cross functionally with multiple teams to execute on our Battlepass, Store and special events.

What you'll do...
• Work with product management, design, artists, code, and QA to deliver on the inner workings of Apex's live service.
• Work with production to plan sprints and milestones, providing accurate task summaries and estimation.
• Solve a variety of challenging technical problems in a thoughtful manner.
• Become a helpful wealth of knowledge for other team members to query on the inner-workings of our live service.
• Be an expert at implementation aspects of live service features, able to tackle any issue large or small.

Ideally, you'll have...
• 2+ years' experience in the games industry working as a designer, shipping at least one title.
• Experience with text-based scripting, visual scripting, and programming languages.
• Experience working in an agile live service environment.
• Experience with game engine tools and pipelines such as UE4, Unity, Maya, etc.
• A team player-mindset, understanding the importance of collaboration, and able to communicate effectively with all disciplines and departments.
• A passion about the play experience, with a wealth of knowledge across different games.
