What you'll do: (D2D Responsibilities)
• Managing a team of audience developments specialists across London and Berlin to distribute content, grow audience and drive engagement
• Responsible for arming editorial teams with relevant data, insights and learnings to drive effectiveness of editorial
• Work with editorial to produce innovative content off platform, into new channel formats
• Drive forward our SEO strategy, process implementation and reporting, working closely with editorial and affiliate
• Responsible for growing our email database through tech partners, paid social and brand partnerships
• Responsible for the development and roll out of new email products
• Managing test and learn cycles with each distribution channel, aligning to departmental goals
• Interpreting, analysing and reporting both content and audience data
• Championing audience insights across the wider business
• Keeping the team abreast of industry trends and developments including anything that might affect performance of our digital presence

What you have: (What is the background/expertise you are looking for)
• Experienced in using Google Analytics and interpreting data
• Experience and passion for the digital media industry
• Experience working across multiple digital channels including a strong understanding and interest in SEO
• On the ball with the latest social platform news and programming trends
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including exceptional Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience managing a team
