Job Description
The Associate Director, Ticketing at RCA Records is the main point of contact and facilitator of RCA label buys for concert tickets, on-site concert operations as it relates to RCA VIP guests, meet & greets, and other VIP access. The role also serves as the RCA internal ''information keeper'' of all upcoming RCA Artist tours, shows, etc. This role reports directly to SVP of Tour Marketing & Events.

What you'll do:

RCA LABEL BUYS
• Hold necessary ticket inventory for RCA
• Gather ticket pricing at various levels for each show
• Gather internal ticket requests & create a Ticket Buy Budget
• Facilitate getting Ticket Buy Budget approved by RCA Marketing
• Purchase approved tickets
• Track spending, create PO's, and manage receipts, etc. for reconciling all purchases made with RCA Finance
• Create guest lists for venue box offices (will call shows only)
• Transfer tickets to RCA guests (digital ticketed shows only)
ON-SITE SHOW DAY
• Representing RCA on-site at RCA Artists Los Angeles based shows
• Confirm VIP access for RCA Executives
• Confirm meet & greets for RCA Executives
• Manage necessary credentials for RCA Executives
• Facilitate any meet & greets for RCA Executives
• Inquire about pre / post show events for RCA Executives & Staff (Priority RCA Artists - NY & LA Shows Only)
• Communicate any additional on-site needs with the Tour Marketing Department
• This position will also act as a liaison for RCA Staff and Talent
OTHER INTERNAL DUTIES
• • Manage & update weekly RCA tour sheet (active RCA artist tours)
• Manage & update weekly RCA upcoming shows of the week grid, including departmental ticket counts
• Manage & distribute weekly RCA: COAST TO COAST document (RCA artist shows in NY & LA)

Who you are:
• Minimum 2 years in job or other job-related experience.
• Detail-oriented with a vast understanding of excel and google doc.
• Self-sufficient
• Ability to communicate comfortably & confidently with variety of clients (especially with RCA executives & artists)

• The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80k to $90k. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job
