Quality Control Coordinator - Pure Flix

A Q uality C ontrol (QC) Coordinator checks the quality , playback, metadata and setup
of all digital assets for the Pure Flix SVOD service by reviewing and identifying issues before programming is released to the Pure Flix platform. The QC Coordinator identifies issues that would be disruptive to the streaming experience and reports any issues to the Digital Operations Manager.

Responsibilities
• Coordinating various QC related stages in the Content Management Tracking system
• Communicat es with Digital
Operations Manager on identified Redelivery projects .
• Communicat es with Ingest Coordinator on Processing failures.
• Quality check of all Movies, Series, Seasons, Episodes, Trailers of completed assets acros s active technology platforms .
• Screen shots of all E pisodes .
• Availability and Territory Restrictions, and Genre check of all assets.
• Approv es
of completed assets.
• Renewal updates of legacy content assets.
• Tracks changes to Country and Date policies.
• Completes a udits of upcoming live titles and hard start dates.
• Manag es and tests Closed Captions.
• Manages and applies Parental Warnings.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of Quality Assurance testing experience with interactive media products
• Must have knowledge of and be familiar with major OS platforms
• Basic understanding of SVOD services
• Must have strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
• Hours of Operation will primarily be weekdays from 7 AM – 5 PM but may also include other days, nights, and holidays as schedule needs warrant
• Must be able to work onsite
