Job Description
What You'll Do

Epic Games is looking for an Executive Assistant to support executive management and their reporting teams.

In This Role You Will
• Be a strategic member of the Psyonix leadership team by staying on top of team priorities and proactively engaging in ways to help the team meet objectives.
• Manage projects on an ongoing basis (ex. updating tracking sheets, setting goal review meetings, updating stakeholders on status proactively, etc.)
• Heavy calendar management and meeting scheduling
• Book travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, rental cars, and taxis
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to visitors, including booking conference rooms, organizing catering, completing NDAs, compiling agendas, and scheduling meetings
• Plan off-site and team-building events
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Maintain contact lists
• Take accurate minutes of meetings, and follow up on action items

What We're Looking For
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Expert PowerPoint skills
• Ability to independently prioritize tasks without oversight
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and calendaring software
• At least 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience working in gaming, entertainment, technology, or communications fields is preferred
• College degree, preferred
