Podcorn is hiring a Senior Manager, Campaign Operations and Reporting to oversee the post sales operations and reporting for Podcorn's Managed Service campaigns. The perfect candidate will be a data curious and analytical professional with impeccable multitasking and project management experience, who is excited about seamless execution and reporting.

This position will be working under West Coast hours, but can employee can be located in any of our Audacy Markets.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:
• Oversee execution of multiple campaigns and clients at a time while tracking different timelines and due dates for campaign deliverables, launches and/or revisions.
• Engage with management and business stakeholders/clients to understand project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets and impressions per client agreements.
• Track analyze key campaign metrics and perform post campaign reports.
• Perform data analysis and develop insightful spreadsheets and presentations that summarize the data.
• Report on project statuses and communicate issues & timelines to management
• Manage appropriate creator and partner payouts.
• Work closely with the finance team and act as primary contact to agency and client partners for invoicing.
• Ensure 100% alignment to brand guidelines and FTC regulations for all creator deliverables prior to content going live.

Qualifications

More About You:

Required & Preferred:
• 3+ years experience in project management, campaign management, corporate analytics, and operations, or other roles requiring a blend of analytical skill and strategic thinking to synthesize information across a broad ecosystem.
• Bachelor's Degree. Preferably in Finance, Math, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Experience with spreadsheet analysis, creating presentations, and data management
• Expertise with building models using tools like Google Sheets and Excel
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities at scale.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage across multiple, often time-sensitive initiatives paired with an effective project management mindset.

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for California based individuals expressing interest in this position is $60,000 to $90,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
