Manager, Pricing & Inventory

Job Description

Overview:

The Manager of Pricing and Inventory will work closely with the VP and Senior Director of the group to craft and institute sales strategy for the Nickelodeon group suite of networks! The Manager will also help lead a team of 5 sales planners.

Responsibilities:
• Price and analyze upfront & scatter plans
• Work with Sales to internally negotiate market pricing of deals
• Double check & approve plans before they are sent to Sales via our planning system approval queue
• Train and help to oversee Sales Planners
• Assist management in a variety of ad hoc reports to analyze pricing data

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years network pricing & planning experience
• Minimum 2 years of media buying and/or sales experience

Additional Qualifications:
• Shown ability to think strategically
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to effectively interact and communicate with Sales Leadership
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
