We are looking for a Lead Backend Engineer, Ad Tech. This position requires technical ability in backend development, good interpersonal skills, along with good organization and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities Include:
• Implementing backend services using Node.js, Golang, Typescript, Hapi.JS, MongoDB, Redis etc.
• Investigating any issue by understanding e2e ad services workflow and looking at CloudWatch logs, DataDog logs and SignalFx charts.
• Working with DevOps and ProdOps engineers to ensure Revenue services highly scalable.
• Participating in design reviews and recommending new technology to make ad services robust and easily maintainable.
• Providing technical leadership to a team of 6-7 developers and 3 Software Test Engineers.
• Working with Product Managers and other scrum teams using agile methodology.

Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years of backend software development experience and 2 years of experience as a Team Lead.
• 7+ years of experience in implementing large scale backend services using Node.js, Golang, Typescript, Hapi.JS, MongoDB, Redis, Python, etc.
• 5 +years of experience in AWS (ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudWatch) and EKS is required.

Additional Qualifications:
• Ability to implement PoC based on new technology and present it to multi-functional teams.
• Experience in ad systems is a plus.
