Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) has an exciting career opportunity. We seek a Technical Program Manager to ensure that our game development partners have the best possible experience while developing on PlayStation platforms.

You are expected to partner with the worldwide Sony Interactive Entertainment, Engineering and Product organizations to represent the needs of our development community and drive forward our relationships with partners.

It will be your job to help deliver to partners all that the PlayStation platform has to offer while advocating on behalf of your developers within Sony. Few positions can offer an opportunity like this, specifically the ability to work on a wide range of important titles while helping to affect change to the future of PlayStation. The responsibilities listed are not all-inclusive and additional duties may be assigned

Responsibilities:
• Track our partner relationships and collaborate with other groups around the world to create consistency in our approach to service.
• Translate business requirements to technical specification or detailed executable processes and drive execution.
• Dependency, gap analysis, and risk management.
• Represent the work of the Technical Account Management group and the games they help bring to our platform.
• Enable and influence teams to make a difference.
• Build long-term collaborative relationships with technical decision makers and influencers, both internally and externally.
• Collect developer feedback and champion that within PlayStation.
• Contribute to developer training events, postmortems, and advisory panels.
• Play a part in our operational services to partners.

Required & Preferred:
• Strong interest in general development pipelines for games.
• Prior console game development experience or knowledge is preferred.
• Prior production, QA, software, hardware or tool development with increasing responsibility.
• Experience working with cross-team initiatives.
• Proficiency with process management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Wiki, Confluence, google drive, and WebEx.
• Ability to look ahead and place prevention to the potential risk
• Attention to the detail with customer first mentality
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with an eye toward providing excellent customer support.
• Other language proficiency is a plus, we are a global group.
