Responsibilities
• Help lead projects, collecting requirements and driving discussions toward resolving business and product requirements
• Own delivery of features, applications, or libraries, writing specifications and driving decision making with engineering team
• Handle all phases of a project lifecycle, collaborating with other teams and groups to bring projects from concept and design to delivery
• Provide ongoing insight into progress, risks, mitigations, and schedules to leadership teams
• Exercise your strong communication and collaboration skills to influence teams, understand dependencies, and resolve roadblocks

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent experience with a proven technical capability
• 3-5+ years of professional program management experience
• Firm understanding of software development lifecycle
• Proficiency with project management and communication tools, such as Confluence, Google Suite, JIRA, Office Suite, Slack, or similar
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with partners across business, product, design, and server teams
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies

Bonus Qualifications
• Experience working with highly distributed, global teams
• Experience delivering full-stack applications
• Prior experience as technical contributor such as Software or QA Engineer
• Experience as Product Owner or Scrum Master
