Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day production for one or more internal technology teams.
• Partner with stakeholders and discipline leads to coordinate, prioritize, and schedule the team and ensure tasks are completed on-time.
• Maintain a project schedule and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Work with teams to create project plans with requirements and task breakdowns of complex systems and initiatives.
• Shepherd changes in project direction due to client requests, technology changes or other factors in a proactive manner.
• Facilitate cross-discipline and interdepartmental communication needed to coordinate project initiatives to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Evaluate, communicate, and help to resolve production risks and conflicts that arise.
• Lead meetings and team ceremonies, such as weekly syncs, planning sessions, and scheduling.

Qualifications:
• Strong self-motivator with expert organizational skills to manage technical development in a remote environment.
• Able to effectively communicate to all game development disciplines (Engineering, Art, Design, Animation, QA, Production, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage conflict.
• Positive attitude and demeanor.
• Ability to grasp technical concepts; identify technical risks and dependencies.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize requests across many stakeholders.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a similar field.

Preferences:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred in a related field. Computer science, project management, or game production.
• Knowledge of tools development, game art, or motion-capture cinematic production.
• Experience with Shotgun, Jira, or similar tasking software.
• Experience working with remote studios, teams, or outsourcing partners.
• Strong understanding of modern software development processes and a passion for process improvement.
