Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Technical Program Manager in San Francisco, CA to work in an agile environment collaborating with teams across Engineering, Product Design and QA to deliver high quality software. Requires Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience performing large scale software deployment and testing features of new software. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience utilizing SAFE, Kanban, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies to track agile requirements, project dependencies, releases, and project timelines; ensuring continuous process and technology improvement; planning, monitoring, running, and continually improving QA Test Suite and CI/CD automation framework; creating custom reusable utilities/tools to reduce duplicate automation efforts and enhancing existing framework using java reflections; performing GitHub integration of UI and backend Automation Frameworks with CI/CD so tests are run on schedule and on change commits; maintaining test automation framework utilizing page object model of selenium web driver; monitoring project schedules, including tracking dependencies and results to positively impact delivery and quality expectations; establishing and maintaining product feature baseline, scheduling, critical paths, and technology risk areas; and utilizing tools including Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, and Java.
