Senior Manager, Revenue Operations

The PlayStation Network Advertising team is a sophisticated, global advertising sales organization passionate about servicing strategic platform partners today and growing into new markets tomorrow. The last few years, have seen rapid acceleration beyond the projected growth trajectory, and we are seeking an experienced, results oriented, sales and growth professional to help define, build and implement a roadmap for continued rapid growth.
The Sr. Manager, Revenue Operations will be part of the Network Advertising leadership team, leading solution development, process refinement, and the utilization of data and insights to drive revenue. Success in this position requires a talent for synthesizing data into significant actions, strong collaboration with internal partners and external clients, and the ability to thrive in and contribute to a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organizes and coordinates deployment of new Network Advertising solutions and offerings to the front-line sales team
• Maintains a solutions roadmap, prioritizing items based on market feedback and revenue impact
• Develops new offerings and packaging to increase inventory yield
• Partners with product team in the development of new solutions, providing relevant industry trends, user stories, and requirements
• Apply insights to build new solutions and processes resulting in measurable positive returns
• Partner with analysts to ensure business teams have the data needed to deliver on goals
• Lead efforts to develop and implement improvements to workflow processes
• Captures and applies industry insights and data to drive the approach of the business teams
• Develops training programs and oversees training of account teams to convey the appropriate value propositions for available ad solutions
• Represents PlayStation Network Advertising at industry events
• Contributes to marketing initiatives to promote the vision and offerings of PlayStation Network Advertising
• Represent PlayStation by acting fairly, with integrity and with the highest ethical standards in all internal and external partner meetings
Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA's):
• 12+ years of working experience in high-growth and/or start-up sales organizations
• Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth of a sales organization
• Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Proven ability to optimally launch new products and solutions
• Strong technical competence within the fields of AdTech or MarTech
• Experience working in and navigating a large or high-growth organization with many cross functional stakeholders
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships
• A true team player that cultivates and develops team members and cross functional partners
• Ability to travel as required
