We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to join the PlayStation Business Development Team!

What you'll be doing:
• Manage PlayStation's relationships with key platforms (Apple, Google, Steam) to maximize title features, drive organic downloads, grow revenue and obtain technical support
• Manage project requirements between internal and external stakeholders
• Source and evaluate opportunities across the distribution, monetization, and publishing landscapes
• Consolidate and sell our mobile roadmap. Identify placement opportunities and influence product leads to capitalize on these beats. Create compelling pitch decks and featuring packages.
• Represent PlayStation's mobile platforms as the expert, representing first-party needs, requirements, and requests including driving the adoption of platform tools, advising on policies, app review, and store listing requirements.
• Explore new platform-driven initiatives – early access programs, new business models, emerging technologies/SDKs, new devices, and platforms.
• Concisely develop business cases, financial models, and presentations
• Influence and support strategic initiatives driven by the leadership team
• Provide visibility into partner performance, both internally and externally
• Perform ad hoc analysis and produce reports as needed

Your Background Includes
• 5+ years of strategic sales, business development, or operations -- preferably in mobile gaming, ad networks, and/or software
• Demonstrated ability to drive successful businesses to the next level of performance, showing rapid and sustainable results
• Expertise in creating visually compelling, fact-based presentations
• Proven track record of relationship building with a growth mindset, constantly looking for ways to improve
• Driven by challenging situations and intrinsically motivated.
• Detail-oriented paired with strong project management experience
• Solid knowledge of technical aspects of iOS and Android
• Relationship building, both internally and externally, and team first mentality
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional partners
• Leadership in crafting and executing the best solutions for players, partners, and the business
• Ability to adapt quickly and balance projects in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills - both verbally and written
• Ability to excel in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualities:
• Knowledge and experience of the digital gaming landscape, key players, and competitive offerings
• An Advanced degree or Equivalent
