This role will require onsite work at varying locations across the globe.

Role overview:

Join The Best Place to Work and Play! SIE's Technical Operations team is seeking a motivated, conscientious, and enthusiastic Product Service Specialist to assist with internal processes and activities in support of our PlayStation's hardware, accessories, peripherals, and local onshore production facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with internal PlayStation team members globally!

What you will be doing:
• Support all product service activities, including documentation, process development, training, and special projects
• Lead inventory management including forecasting, procurement logistics, and accounting of all PlayStation parts and support materials
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and participate onsite when requested with the management team
• Build monthly reports to help us better visualize trends applying data to drive decisions
• Communicates and works closely with other internal teams in and around logistics
• Support a wide variety of SAP activities, transactions, and global initiatives
• Review, evaluate, define, and report quarterly packaging metrics to senior management, providing necessary support for new orders with existing or new vendors
• Manage the recertified production inventory from the service centers, coordinating with PS Direct and PS Store teams respectively
• Actively participate in and/or facilitate team meetings and/or quarterly physical inventory audits
• Work with Technical Engineers to review the packaging utilization, proposing cost reduction opportunities
• Work with internal teams to renew contracts on time

What we're looking for:
• At least 5 years' experience in a customer facing Operations or Service role and 2 years' experience troubleshooting or repairing gaming system components
• Self-motivated with a wide variety of proven technical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• Experienced in vendor negotiation and project management
• Proficiency in using office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Internet applications
• Willing to travel to service center related facilities internationally (10%)
• Gaming experience or passion the gaming industry is a plus!
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese, also a plus!!
