Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Senior Business Analyst in San Mateo, CA to track and report critical financial indicators to leadership. Requires a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience extracting and integrating data from databases and system sources and performing status reporting and analysis with SQL and Tableau. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience analyzing data from online marketing campaigns, user response, web site conversions, feature usage, and attrition rates; performing online customer analyses, including customer segmentation, retention analysis, lifetime value analysis, brand research, and site utilization; building, maintaining and advertising user behavior analysis frameworks for quantitative campaign assessments and methodologies; utilizing forecasting and predictive model techniques, including liner regression, logistic model, time series, and supervised learning with R and Python; and developing and manipulating spreadsheets, databases, Git data version control tools and Google Analytics tools.
