DE&I HR Program Manager – PlayStation Studios
San Mateo, CA
We are looking for a DE&I HR Program Manager to lead efforts in executing on diversity, equity and inclusion programs as well as general HR programs for our PlayStation Studios. The right candidate will understand the PlayStation Studios people needs and overall DE&I goals, culture, and challenges and collaborate with leadership across PlayStation Studios to bring in dynamic, meaningful and engaging programs for our studio teams. The ideal candidate will be passionate, have a sense of urgency for execution and be a team player across a variety of groups to deliver first class programs. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the Sr. Director, Global HRBP for PlayStation Studios and indirectly to the Sr. Director, Head of DE&I for Sony Interactive Entertainment.
Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
• Work with the PlayStation Studios HR teams and leadership to execute and deliver on the PlayStation Studios DE&I goals and roadmap as well as HR programs including, but not limited to, building culture, engagement and talent pipeline.
• Utilize data and metrics available to analyze and build out longer term programs to address areas related to underrepresented populations and track progress and results of delivered programs.
• Partner with HRBPs and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and plan trainings and programming for PlayStation Studios team members and leadership.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition teams to build out diverse talent pipelines through internship programs, cross-studio collaboration efforts and internal training programs.
• Assist the PlayStation Studios HRBP team with other team projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge / Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years' previous experience developing and executing on HR programs
• Ability to work independently and manage various projects with minimal oversight
• Creative in identifying new initiatives and program ideas to the Sr. Director, Global HRBP
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience working with people at all levels of an organization
• High level of initiative and responsiveness with an aim to quickly resolve problems
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
• Strong presentation skills
