We're looking for a Director of Technical Project Management with proven experience leading large projects across several teams. Responsibilities
• Lead a talented group of 7 to 10 project managers across different product areas within the PlayStation's Future Technology Group
• Lead and drive programs while tracking schedules, milestones, and key results
• Align and plan longer term roadmaps with engineering and product management leadership
• Define and complete improvements to streamline project management processes
• Partner with other project and program management leaders on large company initiatives
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence in a matrixed environment

Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Engineering, Business, etc)
• 10 to 15 years of project and program management experience
• 6+ years in a people management role
• Experience leading teams of project managers on technical projects
• Experience running multi-year, multi-team programs successfully on time and on budget
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc)
• Project Management certification (CSM, PMP, etc) or equivalent training
• Solid understanding of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc)
• Ability to work with all levels of an organization (individual contributors and other executive leadership) to build strong and influential relationships
• Strong written and oral presentation skills

• Experience in the video game, entertainment, consumer electronics or technology industry
