Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Director, HR Mergers and Acquisitions in San Mateo, CA to report to the HR leadership team and produce monthly reporting on the M&A portfolio which highlights risks, future pipeline and urgent resourcing needs. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of experience partnering with cross-functional teams to support integration efforts for the M&A experience globally. Prior experience must include five (5) years of experience leading internal communications throughout deal life cycle with all cross-functional partners; supporting HR M&A end to end project management, from deal due diligence through to close and integration; assisting with cross-functional stakeholder management, including leading agile work groups that consist of stakeholders from legal, finance, IT, and accounting; utilizing People data management and manipulation in MS Excel to help enable integration efforts and maintain the upmost privacy and confidentiality; assessing People related risk and issue management, including predicting risk areas (attrition risks, spans, and layers assessment to determine inefficiencies and unnecessary costs.). At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.

Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below.

$179,700 - $269,500 USD
