The Global Sales and Business Operations (GSBO) team brings together staff from around the world, with a passion for engaging gamers with PlayStation's extraordinary products and services. GSBO teams are located in countries across the globe, balancing local relevance with a global perspective. Across our Direct to Consumer, channel partners, and services business, our teams work cross-functionally to bring the best of the PlayStation experience to markets and channels around the world.

Role overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the commercial activity plan within Channel sales, working closely with commercial teams in hubs and territories.

The plan should support the delivery of the agreed global channel sales KPIs.

To do this they will manage all processes, templates, meetings and forums with hubs and territories to ensure efficient and effective communication and transparency of the plan to key stakeholders.

The candidate will need to be flexible and open to evolving roles and responsibilities aligned to the changing needs of this business unit as it grows and expands.

What you will be doing:
• Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of activity plan
• Work with hub and territory teams to ensure all information and details are correct, submitted in a timely manner and ready for review by CS leadership as required.
• Take the activity plan to deliver key milestone in our commercial go to market, including but not limited to:
• SW announce, pre-order, launch and lifecycle
• Hardware & Peripheral launches, promotions and bundle management
• CSD – working within the teams to ensure we have one clear plan for our territories
• Design and support deliver of commercial briefings, tracking document, meetings and forums as required to ensure alignment and support of commercial activity in CS
• Use data-driven insights and develop commercial opportunities with hubs and territory teams
• Some domestic and/or international travel may be required

What we are looking for:
• 2 – 4 years commercial experience in a related field
• 5 plus years sales and marketing experience
• Clear thinking with excellent organizational skills
• Ability and desire to create strong relationships and collaborate
• Confident, able to demonstrate impact across multiple teams in complex projects
• Strong communicator, comfortable with senior interaction, challenge and debate
• Use data to influence and inform decisions
• Operate at pace with both long terms and immediate priorities
