Role Overview:

The Global Business Planning team is the planning and governance function in the Global Third Party Business team (GTPBT). We build the annual departmental strategic plan, and provide structure, insight, expertise, and solutions to support its delivery.

Reporting into the Senior Business Delivery Manager, you will join a team whose purpose is to support the Third Party Business team to deliver PlayStation's business goals.

Your primary responsibilities will include meeting coordination, note-taking, building strong internal relationships across the organisation, and supporting multiple key projects owned by the team.

What you'll be doing:
• Collaborate with the Senior Business Delivery Manager to organize meetings and support their governance, ensuring content is prepared to a good standard, with proper note taking and action tracking
• Support with cross functional communication
• Maintain department's data hygiene by updating critical databases with latest relevant information
• Become the master of trackers- manage check ins to obtain updates to ensure accuracy of all data
• Support with process reviews, documenting ways of working for continuous process improvement across third party
• Be tenacious with your approach to action tracking and ensuring tasks are complete in a timely manner
• Preparing and documenting actions and project timelines in excel
• Have experience in updating PowerPoint presentations
• Enjoy relationship building to thrive in this cross functional role

Qualifications:
• Experience in, or exposure to a project management methodology
• Communication, presentation and relationship management skills at all levels
• Detail oriented and data literate
